Towing in Chatham, Madison and Florham Park, NJ: Route 24, Main Street, Columbia Turnpike, two universities and the corporate campuses
These three towns are where Route 24 enters Morris County, which makes them the closest part of the county to our yard in Linden. A truck leaving the yard needs about 30 to 35 minutes in ordinary traffic. Downtown main streets, two college campuses and a cluster of corporate headquarters shape what goes wrong here.
What towing looks like in Chatham, Madison and Florham Park, and why it is our quickest Morris County run
Calls here are dead batteries at the Chatham and Madison station lots, lockouts and flats at Drew and the FDU Florham campus, stalls on Route 24 and Columbia Turnpike, and fleet cars at the Florham Park office campuses, all at the same $149 by phone or $129 when you book online.
Route 24 and its ramps
Route 24 runs as a freeway past Chatham, Madison and Florham Park on its way to I-287. It is the road our trucks use to reach the county, so a truck is often already on it.
Give the direction and the last exit you passed, and wait well off the lane.
Main Street, Route 124, through the downtowns
Route 124 is Main Street in Chatham and Madison, lined with shops, restaurants and curb parking. A wheel-lift handles the tight spots, and our driver can use skates to pull a car out of a packed row. Name the cross street and the storefront.
Drew University and the FDU Florham campus
Drew sits off Madison's Main Street, and Fairleigh Dickinson's Florham campus sits on Route 124 at the Madison and Florham Park line. Students and staff call about batteries, flats and keys locked inside. Each fix is one flat price, and a tow to a local garage costs only a few miles.
Columbia Turnpike and the corporate campuses
Columbia Turnpike runs through Florham Park past large office campuses, where employee cars, shuttles and company vehicles sit all day. Campus facilities managers can set up an account with one monthly invoice. A driver can meet you at a security gate if you tell us which building.

Call nowChatham, Madison & Florham Park: common questions
Short answers to what people ask about this page; the dispatcher can answer the rest.
How long does a tow truck take to reach Madison or Chatham?
About 30 to 35 minutes from our Linden yard via Route 24, and less if a truck is already working nearby. The dispatcher gives you the real number on the call.
My car will not start in the Madison station lot. Is that a tow?
Probably not. The driver tries a jump first at one flat price, and a tow is added only if the battery will not hold.
Can you pick up a car at the Florham Park office campuses?
Yes. Tell the dispatcher the company and building, and the driver checks in at the gate or the garage entrance.
Do you cover the Drew and FDU campuses?
Yes. Lockouts, flats and batteries on either campus are one flat price each, and campus lots are usually easy for a truck to reach.
